Housewashinc is a local company providing commercial and residential house washing and other complimentary services throughout the Bay of Plenty.
We're a family-owned business since 2017, based in Mount Maunganui and operating throughout the wider Bay of Plenty. We’ve lived at The Mount for longer than we’d like to admit (!) and between us have an extensive background in commercial property maintenance, commercial cleaning quality control, and civil construction.
So we understand the importance of delivering a reliable and efficient service. But more than that, we’ll try our best to resolve any unique challenges that arise within the construction and cleaning industries. We go that little bit extra.
We’ve invested in high quality cleaning systems and products - so you don’t have to!
The products we use are biodegradable, even down to the green “acid” we use to clean up brick work. We use a pure water system for windows, glass fencing and balustrades etc, which removes mineral impurities from tap water and leaves a stunning shine. And our extendable water-fed carbon poles and brushes can reach up to four storeys high, providing a safer work environment without the need for ladders and expensive work platforms.
From new builds to multi-level apartments, retirement villages to private homes, we’ve washed thousands of buildings and windows! We run a professional service. We know what product to use and where, how much to use, when to scrub it, when to leave it, and when to hose it - and we know when to use a water blaster and when not to!!
So have a look at what we can do for you and call us on our freephone number 0800 577 5555, or send us an email for a free quote.
We look forward to meeting and helping you soon!

I had tried all sorts of products on my kwila decking with only marginal success. Mac was able to bring it back to close to it's original glory.

Housewashinc was prompt and reliable and left our house sparkling. We thought the price was more than reasonable too!
